TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS

Sorry but we don't accept returns or offer refunds. The only exception is for artworks that were, clearly, indisputably and seriously faulty BEFORE they left the gallery: in this case, we require that you return the artwork(s), unused/unhung, in their original packaging, with the sales receipt and within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is liable for the cost of return delivery/shipping to the gallery.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Due to our size and limited staffing, we are unable to offer a delivery service. We kindly ask you to arrange your own delivery - but we are happy to pack your art for transit, recommend specialist fine art couriers and shippers and assist you with collection arrangements, if you wish.

The artwork purchase price doesn't include any form of UK or overseas delivery.

INSURANCE

Once a customer has bought an artwork, it is their responsibility to insure it during transit and at its final home

RESERVING AN ARTWORK
If so desired, artworks in an exhibition can be reserved by purchasing them in full, from which time they are reserved for that customer for any agreed time until the end of that exhibition's running dates, at which point they can be collected, either by the customer direct or by a delivery/shipping company arranged by the customer.
